Hi, I've just received a copy of my gt grandfather's will. Written sidewards is the typed word 'Sureties' handwritten next to this are the names of 2 males with address & occupations but NO signatures. Probate was granted to his son, whose name does not appear against the word 'Sureties'. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Lou |
