1901 census look up for hartlepool wanted please

i um found a james butcher born in hartlepool bout 1891/92 and i have his parents as james and dorothy but dont no where they were born james (dad) was born bout 1864 and dorothy born bout 1872 |

Well thats the only one right place rightish year. What solid info do you have please re this chap and his parents? Do you have any certificates? How do you know the names? |
