Trying to access old messages

The system has changed and now I'm trying to look at some old messages. As they don't have titles, the only way to access them is via the inbox. I thought I would be clever to save time and delete a few contacts, but that isn't deleting the messages, just leaving me in a worse muddle than before. Do I have to delete every message before I delete the contact, or is this a temporary blip? |

Another message from Feedback, saying that they know there is a problem, and the technical team is working on it. I did point out that if we couldn't access the messages, we couldn't delete them. :-) |
