To those of you who get certificates in 2 days...

What is the time difference between the mailout date and the date it gets charged to your card? I ordered a certificate on Sept 29th. It was charged to my card on October 3rd. Am still waiting for it to arrive - giving it plenty of time to 'go the distance'. I've had other mail from Britain in the last couple of months that have been here within a week.

Since they have charged you, I would email them, or give them a call if you can. Even with you being over there, it doesn't normally take 10 days to arrive. When was the date of despatch?

October 5th for dispatch. I have another lot that were ordered on Oct 6th, with dispatch of Oct 13th - they were charged on Oct 11th. Just want to get a rough guesstimate of how long it will take for those too - they're brick wall deals.

I ordered one last Monday and had it last Wednesday. I ordered two more at the weekend (very naughty of me lol) and they haven't arrived yet.

I'll wait until I get today's mail (it's only 9am here) and see if it is in there -- we had a holiday on Monday, so that would push everything back by a day.

Hi Margaret, I live in Michigan, mine have only ever taken 3/4 days after the dispatch date.

Shoot -- checked todays mail and it still isn't here. Too late to call the office now. Will have to put it on my agenda for early tomorrow morning which will be just after lunch tomorrow over there. Any idea what number to call?

Many thanks Sue. Now to see if my telephone card does what it says - reckons I have 215 minutes overseas calling for $5.
