I seem to have lost some older e-mails on my 'inbox' and 'sent Items'- please can someone tell me if there is a policy for archiving/deleting older e-mails sent/received and also my contacts so that I can copy them somewhere else before they are removed. Thanks |

I just checked my old messages (I am slack and never get round to deleting the old ones) - mine go back to 2003, and they are all still there. In those days GR also sent a copy of the message to your email address, so maybe you have a copy there? Can't think why you would have lost your old messages, unless you've changed your user-id login? Richard |
