Anybody know where to look for employee records for U.S.A. Airforce or death records for Detroit U.S.A

All employee records are confidential and would not be released to anyone. Per the US Dept of Labor, a current employer may only divulge to a potential employer, the employee name, job title and date of hire. Government and Law Enforment agencies would be able to access the entire record of an employee but must have a warrent to do so. Rose
