Family Tree Builder - is it working this afternoon

Hi All Just tried to get into the Family Tree Builder, but once it has finished opening it only shows me and nobody else. I can search for everyone and they are there. I can go back to the Old programme and they are there! Anyone else having this problem this afternoon ? Cheers...P

Thanks Di I thought I had lost the lot for a moment. I'm glad I took a backup last night now. Lets hope it gets sorted soon....P

Yes exactley the same problem, can only see my name in my family tree. Who do this need to be reported to?

It seems we are all in the same boat.....See the thread on the General Board. I guess GR are doing 'something' and they will reappear as fast as they disappeared, fingers crossed. Shame that they didn't post a notice to each of the boards to let us know what they are doing.....Would have nipped the, maybe, unnecessary 'mass panic' in the bud :) Chris

I tried to look at someone else's tree and I only got their name. It came up with 'Error on page' at the bottom left hand side. Anyone reported it yet? Vera

My tree still missing, together with all my contacts' trees - frustrating as, wanted to sort out some linking relatives. Oh well, there's always the football. (Big sigh of resignation)
