As most people will know this site is great for finding BMD if you are lucky enough to be researching counties that have transcribed their records. However, when you get into say Cheshire, scroll down and you will come across much more. Today I have found a site with details re the Wirral which had lead me to a forum where I have been able to leave a message. So have a go at your county of interest and see what you can find.

Thanks for that tip Jeanie, will have a go. I tend to just look at the top of the page and if nothing interesting I go off, will scroll down them all now. Gloria x
