thanks for that, I have sent an e-mail to support, but going on other threads regarding problems, I'm not going to hold my breath for a reply. I'll try again tomorrow

Is anyone else having problems exporting their tree. It keeps coming up page not found. Or could someone else try for me to see if they can. Thanks carol
