I've lost them in 1891 help please

Have Alice E and James Stetters. They married in 1889 daughter winifred was born in 1891 so may not be around. Cant find them at all. 1901 they are in Bovey Tracey. hes born c 1863 she is c 1869 him in North Tawton her in Bovey Tracey. ANy help appreciated |

James is a Clay Cutter and Alice is a Transferer at a pottery. They are living at Mary Street |

I can only find them cos Bovey is (I think) a relatively small place with a distinctive name. If Alice had come from London or one of the many Newcastles, I'd be stymied. Now, should you ever find out if there is a cemetery for Bovey, could you let me know? Adams Edwards, one of my ancestors, died in Bovey Tracey in 1906, but I've no idea where he is buried. |

Now Brenda I may be able to help there. One church in Bovey Julie went there for me at the weekend to see if a grave was there but a lot of the stones have been moved to the edge. Alice is hubbies gt grandmothers sister and do you think I can find a death for their father. Have the obit for their mother so Julie went to see if there was a double no luck none of mine their. If you google Bovey Tracey it tells you the name of church it has three St names. Went there on honeymoon all those years ago lovely litttle place. Hope that helps |
