I dont think there is way to find him if he has been adopted,,the rule is they find the birth parent/s when they are ready;;so if he has not registered his details on any site that deals with this then you are not going to find him for the time being,, kay. |

I am looking for my cousin. he was adopted when he was about 18mths. he was born in liverpool between 1975 and 1978. i dont know what his mother was called, his father was called ronald quinney. his dad (ronald ) has died and nobody in the family knows how to contact his son - where do i start? his son was called michael quinney but they may have changed his name!? x |
