I took Ann's advice and emailed the GRO, they answered within the hour and I was able to order a Ukranian birth certificate through them!! I'm well impressed...Thank you Ann :) |

As BIL is still alive he will know of the town where he was born and you can then write direct to the Registrar of that town. |
