Street/City Directories - Can you do lookups for y

I have few directories on cd, but dont find them very helpful. The search facility is ambiguous, as if you happen to have surname that is also an actual word, it brings up pages containing the word, and not just surnames. |

Just want to create a thread for people who may request lookups in certain cities/counties or give lookups for certain areas. I will start the ball rolling I can do lookups in Plymouth, Devon directories 1800-1955 in Plymouth Library if anyone would like a lookup. Steve |
