One of my ancestors married at Green Bank Chapel in Plymouth in April 1903. According to the Rites and Ceremonies of the 'Bible Christians'. Most of her other family married in the local church in Plympton so what can I glean from her marrying in a chapel? And what were the 'Bible Christians'??? C of E? Some sort of offshoot like Methodists? Thanks, Julia |
