Hi I hope someone out there can help. my Legacy 5 wont let me in. It's bought and payed for but a drop down appeared asking if I wanted to update which I did. Now when I try to open it says that I have the wrong version Language file Legacy Ing - expected version is earlier than the updated one - . I cannot even use the online help because It wont allow me in to access it. I am in a position where I cannot restore my system to an earlier date. best regards Dave

I am really sorry I can't help. I downloaded mine for free from a disc and it works ok, but the names come and go. Sometimes I have 157 other times i have over 200. I don't know why it goes and comes back. Sometimes I think my ancestors are having a laugh! I am not the best person with computers I know but this is odd.

Don't know if this will help but I went to their links on my legacy 5 and found this address for their customer support for downloads and installations: http://www*legacyfamilytree*com/DownloadHelp*asp Otherwise I haven't a clue. Sorry Sheila PS whoops, forgot to put in the astericks instead of full stops.
