Member Since: July 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	lunar, i've been off line for an hour and i have done a re-boot, i clicked on norton and it came up! i checked for updates and downloaded them,then had to re-boot again for them to take affect,and my email is working again! i really don't know what was going on before. so,fingers crossed everything is ok now! thanks for your help, chris.

	Sysmantec is the company that run Norton. What OS are you using and what exactly does the box say on it
