I have an elusive great-grandmother (Hannah BENNETT nee BOOTH b Feb 1846, Alton Common, Staffs) - elusive in 1871, that is. I have her (probably) in all the other censuses, but can't find her in 1871. I'll do a 'reply' to set out the info I have about her intelligibly - and what I've tried so far (if I can remember all teh tricks I've tried!). |
