Thanks Jess. I know where he was born, which is also where his adoptive parents lived, but he could be anywhere now - assuming he's still with us. Sorry, I know this is a bit vague, but it's all I've got! Pam

It will be far easier to trace a half brother than a half sister , as they dont change their name when the marry (or not) If He is still alive, do you have any idea where he might be? Where was the last place that you know he was? Sheila is the person you realy need, she'll scour the electral roll for you for the possibles Jess

Here's a bit of a tricky one! A few years ago my aunt and late mother discovered that they had a half-brother. He was the son of their father, and their mother's sister's adopted daughter (still with me?)!! He was born in the early 1940s and adopted. I know his christian name, parents names, adoptive parents' surname and that's about it. Obviously if I did manage to trace him I'd have to proceed with caution, but I think my aunt would like to know a little more about him, especially as my mother (her only sibling) died quite recently. Any ideas? Pam
