trying to find my Grandfather`s marriage, he married a Dutch girl have written to where she came from -nothing- they married just after the 1st W.W. Received a letter today saying she left Holland in June of 1919, no mention of a marriage. Can anyone help me. Forgot Grandfather was in the SOUTH STAFFS.REGIMENT Name THOMAS FARMER. Many Thanks. |

If you enquired using her maiden name and their reply telling you she left Holland using this name then wouldnt it sugguest that the chances are they married uk??. Kay. |

Thank you Kay, Yes it would suggest that,Grandfather was a P.O.W and i cann`t find where in England he came too and hence where he got married. |
