query re registering births

Yes he would,if he said he was the ''father and husband of the mother'... A birth doesnt have to be registered by the parents and that stands today, but a birth must by law be registered the details given must be given as the TRUTH .this applies to UK, The lying??? Kay.

Hi Back in 1927 was it possible to lie on the birth cert who the mother was, and would a have man been able to register alone. Many thanks
