Resuming session on 1901 census

I opened a session on 1901 census website yesterday, paying by credit card. When I tried to get back onto it this morning it said that, in order to resume session, I would have to re-enter my credit card details. Does anyone know if this is the usual procedure, as I don't want to end up paying twice? Many thanks, Pam

Hi Pam, yes this is quite usual on the 1901 site, it's just a way of checking that you are who you say you are and you won't be charged twice. Di
