Right this is how I read it Walter William father Arthur Alfred? Arthur Alfred father William Henry pow If I have read it right the William Henry died 1871 June qtr If the 1871 census is correct I have found in 1881 on CD's Hannah A 17 living Camberwell with grandmother Jane E Beckwith. Emma J working as a Dom. Ser. no sign of the others yet. There was an Eliza Pow a Widow I will look again for her. But her name was Hannah Beckwith and they married June qtr 1859. Irene

Why do you think that William Henry is the father when you have the birth cert and it states that Walter William is the father? They look to be different people, possibly cousins.

Can't find Arthur Albert Pow(e) on the 1881 census CD's, there are Pow's born in Rotherhithe, could they have been missed for some reason, have you found them in the 1871 census, that would be a better indicator. Did you mean you have the birth certificate for Arthur Albert 1867 and that was the parents names as there is an Arthur Albert born 1867 and its on Freebmd. Irene
