I've been trying for 3 days now to buy credits for this site and keep getting the same error message. 'It is not possible to purchase from this store at this time. Encrypted data error. Please contact us'. I've sent them 2 emails now but had no response. Wondered if my log in is no longer valid or something seeing as its months since I last used it or whether it's their problem! Thanks Lou |

Thanks Brenda I'll have another try later on seeing as its worked ok for you I couldn't even get past the Purchase Units button so its not that there's anything wrong with my card issuer or anything Lou |

I had horrendous problems when the site was first launched. After some rather acrimonious e-mail correspondence, I gave up and I could not log on. When I wanted to use the site again I had to re-register and buy more credits. |

Hi Angela I was lucky and had no problems at all when it was first launched. I seem to be one of the rare few who didn't! But I haven't used the site since Feb/March cos I was working on stuff pre 1866. I tried over a dozen times yesterday to buy credits (I could log in ok) but kept getting the same error message I finally re-registered about 10pm last night and managed to buy credits with my first attempt. I've emailed them again but have still had no reply! Lou |

I can't even get on there. I use the same password for most things and it won't accept it. I have forgotten how many times I have asked them to reset the password! Just having another go now.....bet I don't hear a thing! Susan |

Know how you muc be feeling. I too registered with them on day 1, went ok for a few days, then whump, nothing but problems, in the end I was becoming a bit nasty in my messages to them, did work though, I finally got a reponse, worked again for a few days, and the same thing would happen over & over again, finally however, all is going well. It seems to be a bit up & doen like that. The tried to tell me that I was only one complaining !! |
