I am trying to find any information about my g grandfather. I have nothing except his name and that of his wife and children. He was posted to Northern Ireland during WW1 (possibly from the Somerset/Bath/west country areas). Is there any way of finding out which regiments from these areas were posted to Northern Ireland? As his son was in the Royal Marines (my grandfather), he may have well been one too. A long shot I know....! Rachel
