I've just found a rellie on Ancestry living at 1 St Helens Square....but this adress and her neighbours is mixed in with people living in Gill's Yard..........I checked the pages before and after 1 St Helen's square and both these street/Yard are all mixed in with each other.......why??? Sue xx |

Its most likely that the squares ran off the Street so he would go along the street and down into a square then back up to the street etc. Have you seen a map from 1901 of the streets would be worth a look .. Col |

Hi Collett, I haven't seen an old map. Is there a site I can go on or would I be better contacting my local family history group?? Sue xx |
