Appears it MIGHT be back to normal - it used to be 4 working days before the hobby became so popular after the TV programme on BBC2. Yay! But wasn't it getting better a while ago, and then it just got worse again? Chloe |

they did take on quite a few staff to deal with the delays. Seems to be working now they are all trained. |

If they keep to 4 working days I should recive a big fat bundle of certificates on thursday, mind some people have recieves them in about 2 working days. |

Hi all I ordered a birth certificate over the phone (district was unreadable so decided not to use web site for this order) A lovely lady called Janet took my order and said it'd be sent out in 8 working days. 8 days seems like a bit of a long drag especially as they've been getting certificates out much quicker than that recently. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that 8 working days was the worst possible senario and it arrives before the bank holiday weekend! :) Then I can spend all weekend trawling ancestry for the family! Hi Gloria, Things are certainly much better now! I ordered last Tuesday (17th) despatch date 23rd. Received them Saturday 21st!! Debbie |

Thats the quickest ever, mine came in 4 days. At least they are quicker then liverpool, they where going to take 12 weeks.So decided to use gro and give liverpool the push. Helen |

Got my last batch within a week - a day earlier than they stated on my order - excellent! Am trying to contain myself before I send off for my next batch otherwise at this rate I will be getting four a week and kiss goodbye to my holiday this year! Lorraine |
