	I have had the same problem on several sites, then tried the following day and had my card accepted. Roy

Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 3,258 Send Message	I tried to use my visa card on scotlandspeople and it jumped to visa delta and declined the card did it when I went to order certificates off the GRO site anyone else having the same problems
