strange e-mail

Hi have you received an e-mail from a Rose of 24 yrs from Liberia recently. It came to me thru GR. I had one today and have deleted it. Just wondered how many other people have had one. regards ros

My friend just contacted me to say she has had one .getting through on this site,,,she thought it was Me begging ;;; they will find any way they can to spread this scam;; Bin it<

hello all I had one purporting to come from a possible rellie asking for assistance. She ?used a Hotmail account . It had passed my virus scanner ,so I replied. You,ve now got me a little concerned as I have not rec,d a reply! Ron

Hi it involved money somehow, my hubby said if I had replied they would ask me to hold money in this country for them (a way of getting money out of their country) and then charge for the priviledge. LOL Ros

Ronald, if you have given this person any identifing details of yourself ie bank details address or similar then i would contact your bank or the police straight away This is most definatley a scam. Tina

Hi Rosalie Received an e-mail to my messenger address. They put it in my junk folder and I just deleted it. Have had one before, from somebody else, wanting to put a large sum of money in my account!! Its a scam, just delete anything like that. Ann

i had one yesturday, i deleted it and reported it to Gr. i know a couple of others had it as well. Was surprised they came through this site though. Kirsty
