It depends very much on what part of the country you are interested in I think. I have used it a couple of times recently (72hr subs each time) because they have the 1841 census for Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. On the other hand I subscribed a year or so ago and found nothing of use to me at that point. Can anyone tell me whether British Origins is worth subscribing to? It seems fairly expensive. I am already a member of Ancestry and wondered whether British Origins has a great deal more than Ancestry has.
