Ancestry sub help

I want to renew my Ancestry sub, as my old credit card had expired and I forgot to update it, but when I go onto the payment page there is no padlock at the bottom right of my page telling me it is secure. I do, however get the little pop up saying 'you are now entering a secure bla bah blah' So do you think this is ok? |

Annie, Why don't you email them first to check it out. I'm sure they'll be willing to help you give them a renewal subscription. Better safe than sorry when it's your money at stake! Louise |

Thanks Louise, Just getting impatient as have been without ancestry for over 24 hrs, the withdrawal symptoms are chronic, lol |

Just noticed that as the page 'turns' the padlock is there briefly, then disappears. please could someone go on the payment page and see if the same thing happens to them? I have emailed ancestry just need my fix now!,lol |

I just went to the payment page on Ancestry(.)co(.)uk and had a padlock with a line throught it so popped into ancestry(.)com and these the usual satble canstant padlock. Just got to get them to accept my dam credit card now!! Hope you can reconect very soon. |

I dont have a credit card, and they dont accept switch or UK cheques ... anyone know a way i can subscribe ?? |
