I was hoping to order a document relating to a relatives war pension on this site when I noticed it charged £10.00 to receive an estimate. It looks to me that I pay to find out how much it will cost to receive the document, is this correct? Has anyone else ever ordered these online documents? If anyone could help me I would be extremely greatful. elaine:)) |

Elaine, I think you will find that if the cost of copying the documents you reguire is less than ten pound there will be nothing more to pay, if the amount of copying takes the cost over ten pound, then the ten pound you will already have paid for the estimate will be deducted from the final total. Hope this is of help. Jennifer |
