I know she was born in 1897 but what happened to her. Did she marry and have children plus what year did she die? Thanks in anticipation.

Thank you Jenny that is the one, her brother, my grandfather, was born in Derbyshire but she must of been born in Leigh where her parents where born. Do you have any more information?

Angela, you are asking rather a lot of people, as the transcribed, and therefore searchable, index entries only go up to about 1911 on Freebmd and 1920 on the pay to view familyrelatives site. As she could have died any time from 1897 to 1997+, and married any time from about 1915 to the 1990s that's an awful lot of searching to do on 1837online which costs 10p a page. Your best bet would be to try to access the indexes in a records office or large library, or the complete indexes at the FRC in London, but it will be a long slog without some idea of when and where the events may have happened. Good hunting Judith

Thank you Brenda and Jess, I can believe how much information you have found for me. I didnt know the Greenough side of my family, due to divorce, so the information makes it all seems real. Thanks once again.
