Hi can anyone tell me how to find a relative who I have been told was in the army for a time, I have found him on all the cencus except the 1871, he was in a boys home in Warley, in the 1861 cencus age 14, I know he was orphaned at a young age, and on the1881 he was in sowerby with a wife and 2 year old child, so I guess he was in the army in the 1870s,if any one can help thank you.
