Hi, Does anyone out there have an 8 generation (or more) fan chart where imputs can be made via the computor? No longer able to write my own programmes on this new fangled contraption!!! Thanks Dave |

FTM 2005 will do Fan Charts for you. There are probably other packages that have this facility as well. |

Peter, Thanks I had a look at FTM but the freebie they offer is a 5 generation one and I dont think that it allows computor imputs - my writing has deteriorated along with my eyesight so I struggle a bit these days Dave |

You have the option to show as many generations in a fan chart as you want with empty boxes in FTM. Visual Chart Form which is an add on for the Master Genealogist will import a gedcom into a fan with as many generations as you want, it will also display all the blank boxes.
