Hi All, Im trying to find birth entry for my ggrandmother. In 1881 census shes 11 months and 1891 shes 10. Found a couple of birth entries for 1881 but thought she would have been born in 1880 from census,or is the entry when the birth was registered and not actual birth date. Another thing Im having probs with is area she was born, one census says Kilburn and another Willesden. I know both areas were London/Middx but dont know which area these would be registered under. I need to send for her birth cert so Im trying to get as close as poss in the hope of finding right one. Any help appreciated. Carole xx

Hi Carole The age on the census usually refers to the birthdate rather than the registration date. Jeanette x

I can't see an Annie Morris registered in Willesden, and I don't know what registration district Kilburn comes under, but it could be this entry: Apr-Jun 1880 MORRIS, Annie - Hendon (3a 171).
