Has anyone else had any problems getting copy certificates from the GRO Dublin.? I have not received any information on a birth certificate I applied for in Feb this year - even though I was charged for the service in March. I have e.mailed them and faxed them - but still no details received. If you E.Mail them you get an automated reply that they will answer in 4 working days, but this was not followed with a reply. I have also written again to them after they moved location and still no reply. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM? Many thanks |

Hi Kathleen, Be patient. I applied October 2004 and like you had given up hope but it arrived in February. As soon as I saw the harp I knew what it was. I was so excited. Good luck Kathy |
