Would it help to correct this problem if I altered my margins on the computer? The right-hand side is where the problem lies but as I'm not too clued on when it comes to puter stuff I thought I'd check first....sorry to appear so dim! Aileenx

HI I had the same problem but got round it by printing in 'landscape' Went into file, Print set ,up then changed all margins to 5 ,then 'ok' then I have facility to look at print preview so can check what looks , then print. It works ok then. Hope that will solve it for you. Shirley

Aileen Highlight the text you want to print then click File and Print. When the print window opens look for Selection under Page Range and click on it. You wil then only print what you have highlighted and it should fit on the page. Hope this helps. Lyn
