I have found a rellie in the 1901 census a sailor boy in training on TS Exmouth, Grays, Essex. This was a training ship funded by the Metropolitan Asylums Board. Lots of info on the web about it all. My query - has anyone else got a rellie on this training ship, and if so how do you go about finding out if they ended up going into the Navy? |

If they were in the navy I think the records would be at Kew. nell |

found the following website http://www.ts2000.royalnavy*co*uk/exmouth1.htm and got in touch I had immediate reply and the writer has offered to lookup for me at the LMA on Wednesday. Very helpful - thought you might like to add it to your bookmarks in case it comes in handy. Can copy & paste his e-mail reply if anybody interested |
