Louise I have a feeling you have misunderstood allow/remove In your contacts, if the far right column says allow, then leave it alone!!! If it says remove the contact can see your tree.

Louise, In your contacts list does it say 'remove' or 'allow' next to their name. If it says 'remove', that means they can still see your tree. It has to say 'allow' next to their name for them NOT to be able to see it. Kath. x

Hi Louise, I wonder if this is because you 'removed your allow'!!! It may seem a bit back to front but if the word allow is next to your contacts name it means they can not see your tree. If you click on allow this will give them access to your tree and you will see the word remove next to the name. To remove their access click on remove (it will then revert to saying allow next to the name) Hope this hasn't confused you further! Best wishes, Jenny

I have done that but my concern is that i removed my allow before they had even time to reply and they have still been able to view it sorry to go one but it sounds petty i know but i cannot get my head round this louise

Im i missing something??????? how come if i have sent a message to someone about my rellies that they can view my tree when i had removed the allow on it this has happened twice now but i cannot view theirs , seems to me im doing all the hard work and getting nothing in return is it me or wot ????????????
