Can anybody please tell me if there is a Uk telephone no for Ancestry. I have emailed a couple of times and had no reply but don't really want to call US. Sue

Have you used 'Email Ancestry Support'? It's located in the 'Help' section. I have always had a reply within 24 hours of submitting my question or issue.

Thanks - I have emailed their support twice - over 2 weeks ago and not had a reply, so I thought I would try and call as all the messages I read say how helpful they are. I have looked and looked (I admit am not the brightest button with computers) but cannot find a UK number. Thanks for your replies - I think I will have to ring or fax the US. Sue

Hi Susan, I've rung them in the US before, they are very helpful and very on the ball (at least that's what I've found). Julie
