Thankyou for that! Charles A Head was an Ironfounder & bridge builder. Unfortunately he was not an ancestor, just a bit of local history I am doing. The family lived at Hartburn Hall, Hartburn, Stockton on Tees so I guess they were on holiday. |

they are household 396, can you see who is at household whatever the number is? I'm there if you hang on i'll look ..................................................... entry 365 is Queens hotel espalade - what was your chaps employment? think i have sussed it, i believe the place they are living is part of (maybe an annex of) the Queens hotel |

On the 1891 census for Ventnor, Isle of Wight, a Charles A Head and his wife Justina C are listed. Across colums 3, 4 & 5 are hand written the words 'See A 356'. Does any know what this refers to? |
