As the school doesn't exist any more you may find the school log books have been lodged with the County Record Office. Our log book had an alphabetical list of staff at the beginning and references were made to any joining or leaving the staff each term. I'm not sure how open access would be to log books from the 30s as they could include personal information about living people but it's surely worth asking.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to find any records of Church school teachers in the 1930's would their career records be kept by the parish, or did they have unions in those days? The school was demolished in 1949, and the Church it was attached to is now a office. Thanks Tina.
