Tracking After 1901?

What's the best way of trying to track people born after 1901? I know my Dad had two sisters who were born after my Dad in 1902 but so far not been able to find anything about them. George

George Until the release of the 1911 census (due in 2012) you have to go through the GRO indexes. Births indexes are covered up to 1910 on Freebmd - you can search by surname and the registration district/or just county if you aren't sure of the reg district. After 1911 the mother's maiden name is included in the index, but you will have to go through GRO indexes quarter by quarter, year by year either in the books at the Family Records Centre or on microfiche at a library/archive, or online at 1837online, but the latter is a charging service and it could be expensive if you have to check many years. nell

If you go to familyrelatives site (and it is working properly!) You can enter their names, time span and area and bring up all the matches. Min £6 for 60 credits but then you will have a lot credits left for other searches.
