I wouldnt ring them go to www()ancestry.()co.uk() remove brackets they have a help line .)

they are on a 24 hour help line plus iam sure there is a number for the UK Roy

Not sure myself where Ancestry are based, but i was given a phone number from a very kind person on here, as i'm having trouble with Ancestry, fully paid up for a year, but cannot access it now, she said they are based in America and gave me the number, just needed to know what the time difference was ( roughly) thanks

Depends where in the USA! Eg Boston and New York are 5 hours behind UK time, Las Vegas is 8hrs behind! Sorry - not sure where Ancestry is based. S:>
