	Hello - and welcome to the MadHouse! Firstly - have a look at the 'New to GR' link in the left-hand column here. Secondly - use the thread-search function, here on eth tips board, to find threads with words like'Newbies' in them. There's at least one with loads of good tips. good hunting! Christine
