re medal card

Hi im wondering if anybody can help me I have just dowloaded a medal card but dont understand it. I have tried the site that people have recommended but it wont let me register or post a message grrr. On the card it says... VICTORY LC/102 B43? I think its 3 at the end. Does anybody know what this means. Many thanks.

victory is a medal and l/c is lance corporal his rank and regiment number ,hope this helps.tony number
