Can anyone tell me the time difference for the U.S.A. I need to phone Ancestry to help solve my problem.

If it's not a site problem, try emptying your cookies. The cookies folder tends to 'remember' an error and will often keep bringing that error up when an internet address is typed in even though the site isn't having a problem at the moment. Judy

Hi Sue, A few weeks ago now this happened to me and another lady on here, I called ancestry and she said sometimes our user name and password need to be reset. It only takes seconds to do and your on the phone with them while they do it. Unfortunately its a USA tel no: but even the lady I passed the number to said it was a matter of seconds for hers to be reset too. The number you need to call is 001 801 705 7620 I have put the USA code on there for you. Good luck Debs x

It's just normal, but before i was getting what i'd like to go into......census...births...marriages....deaths etc!. Now i cant access it...does anyone know why?

I subscibed to Ancestry and was doing quite well, but i have logged on tonight and can't seem to get into it, am i doing something wrong, is it right under my nose and can't see.... i need help please.
