Margaret, Some of my Udall/Udale/Grindley families came from or near to Uttoxeter. I wondered where you bought the book from and whether they have any other useful info there? Louise

I BOUGHT A DIRECTORY FROM THE LOCAL HISTORY PLACE IN THE CENTRE OF UTTOXETER.ITS A SELECTION OF DIRECTORIES FOR UTTOX, ROCESTER STRAMSTALL AND BRAMSTALL. THEY START IN 1793 TO 1932 . I HAVE FOUND SEVERAL GENERATIONS OF MY FAMILY IN IT WHICH GAVE ME AN AMAZING START TO FINDING MY FAMILY. MARGARET DERBY. COST ABOUT £3.50
