Bertha can be a name in its own right or short for Alberta or Roberta :~)

Hi All, My G-Grandmother was called TABITHA and I could not find her anywhere on the 1901 Census. It was a cousin of my Dad's who mentioned she preferred the name Bertha and it stuck. Regards, Dawn.
