As there are no guarantees that his father would have been in Weaste in 1851, it would mean searching 1000's of pages (a lot of which are very decayed and almost unreadable) in the hope of finding the right person Lou

Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 322 Send Message	Please help! My G.G. Grandfather was James Blears born 1861 in Weaste in Salford, I am unable to find details of his Father George Blears. ( shown as deceased on James' marriage cert in 1884) Would some-one have a look for me please. He was a painter by trade.I have no other info, eg wife's name or any siblings James may have had.
